Carolyn has such an easy, relaxing and friendly way about her in dealing with all real estate needs! Real estate is second nature to her. She helped us with selling and buying 2 homes! Very professional. Her attention to details, ideas, marketing makes her deals flawless. Beside the real estate end of it, Carolyn has other contractors that helped us complete any problems that came up with the properties. They were just as pleasant and professional as she is. Her dependability and knowledge totally relaxes customers through all the steps from listing to sale, Including negotiating top dollar for the property. We went through selling a home and buying a home and she was right there all the way helping to get it done. She goes out of her way to help in anyway possible.
