Carolyn was referred to us by USAA, and we’ve known her for over 10 years. Our adventure began in 2014 when Carolyn helped us bid in an online property auction, and we won! Our next rental property purchase in 2016 took almost 2 years of searching. It exemplified her dedication and resiliency in showing us numerous properties all over central Palm Beach County.
Carolyn had also helped us by listing our rentals for lease in 2017 & 2018. Nothing will beat what she did for us recently. We listed one of our rental properties for sale with her in December. We received multiple offers immediately and went under contract in 3 days! We still can’t believe our house was sold (from listing to closing) in 31 days! Just can’t say enough…Carolyn is simply the BEST!
